While the unit itself is capable, it fits poorly and is probably designed for a man. Additionally, it was to have arrived with a choice of mushroom ear buds in different sizes. It arrived with only one attached. I would not recommend this unit for a woman or a smaller man. |

Andy was very helpful to find the best hearing aid for my 85 year old mother. He took the time to explain the alternatives and select the Rexton Arena 1P+. Having the hearing aid is a huge help for my mom. |

My Arena 1P+ is great. Sounds really good, very easy to operate. I've used other mail order aids for many years but this is one of the best for the price I've seen. Before my purchase I called my previous provider and to my disappointment they had very few choices in stock.
Called Lloyds and I was using my Arena in four days. Great service. You now have a new loyal cusytomer. Thanks.

Lloyds is a quality company that lives up to its name. I actually received a call from a representative regarding my purchase of a hearing aid. She was very helpful, and when I received my purchase I was very pleased with the product and the instructions (my first hearing aid). Lloyds produces quality products and supports them 100%. I'm very pleased with my purchase. |

I bought this hearing aid for my mother because I couldn't get her to go to an audiologist. She's used it about a month now and seems satisfied with it so I'll probably get another for the other ear. Shipping and service has been completely satisfactory. |

Great product, far better than I expected. But, one piece of advise buy for both ears at the same time. I was unsure and wanted to try it out first. One week later I was completely happy and went to order for the other ear, but sadly it was no longer available. Trust Lloyds they are really great and order for both ears. |

I RECENTLY BOUGHT 2 OF THESE AIDS AND I AM PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT HOW WELL THEY PERFORM AND HOW COMFORTABLE THEY ARE TO WEAR. I HAVE WORN HEARING AIDS FOR OVER 30 YEARS OF ALL TYPES AND PRICE RANGES AND THESE ARE AS GOOD ANY I'VE OWNED. A GREAT VALUE.

The personal attention is awesome--- I got a call after choosing a model, and paying for it-- The rep reviewed my choice based on my hearing test, and made a different recommendation----and it was less expensive!
Totally happy with the service, and the product.
